    1. Consult with owners regarding entity formation.
    2. Draft articles of organization or incorporation.
    3. Draft operating agreement or bylaws to govern management of the entity.
    4. Draft certificates to confirm each owner's share of the entity.
    5. Meet with owners to sign and notarize documents. 
    6. File articles with State of Michigan.
    7. Acquire a new tax identification number.
    8. Coordinate new entity with owner's personal estate plan.
    9. If requested, draft a buy-sell agreement among multiple owners regarding how ownership will be transferred upon the occurrence of certain events (death, incapacity, withdrawal, etc.).
